Tim Tyrka is the Vice President of Aftermarket Partners for Patriot Aftermarket Partners. He brings more than 30 years of experience in franchise development, brand building, and automotive aftermarket growth. Tim’s career spans every stage of business growth. He co-owned and ran operations for the Quiznos area developer in North Alabama, growing the market to 25 locations and earning Area Developer of the Year. He then spent more than a decade with LINE-X, helping lead franchise development and network expansion as the brand grew beyond bed liners into the broader automotive aftermarket. Most recently, as Vice President of Development for Rock Solid Coatings, he rebuilt the company’s expansion program and helped add 14 locations. Across his career, Tim has helped bring hundreds of new locations into growing systems, working with first-time entrepreneurs, veterans, families, and established operators. His philosophy is simple: independent business owners can go into business on their own, but they don’t have to do it alone.

With more than 15 years in the automotive aftermarket and protective coatings industry, Rose O’Grady brings a hands-on approach, a wealth of industry knowledge, and a passion for helping businesses succeed to her role as Director of Customer Success at Patriot Aftermarket Partners. Since joining Patriot in 2024, she has become a key resource for dealers, fleet clients, and industry partners, helping turn challenges into solutions and partnerships into opportunities for growth. Rose oversees dealer onboarding, training, and ongoing support, helping new dealers build a strong foundation while working with established partners to strengthen their businesses and maximize their potential. She also supports Patriot Fleet Solutions, connecting clients and upfitters to keep fleet projects moving and ensure customers have the support they need. Before joining Patriot, Rose spent just over 10 years at LINE-X, where she developed and led training programs, contributed to product development, and delivered upfitting solutions for fleet management companies. Her experience across training, sales, product development, and operations gives her a unique perspective on the challenges dealers and fleet customers face and the practical solutions that help them succeed. Rose believes that strong partnerships are built on trust, responsiveness, and a willingness to go the extra mile. Whether she is helping a new dealer get up and running, working through a complex fleet project, or finding answers to an unexpected challenge, she takes pride in being someone people can count on. For Rose, customer success goes beyond solving problems. It means building relationships, creating opportunities, and helping Patriot’s partners move forward with confidence.

As Head of Fleet and Partner Operations at Patriot Fleet Solutions, Mary Tombyll oversees strategic operations, network expansion, and cross-functional partnerships. With deep industry expertise across nationwide fleet management, upfitting, and logistics workflows, Mary is dedicated to streamlining client solutions, optimizing operations, and delivering high-value outcomes for business partners across the country.

Matt Harrell is the Director of Operations for Patriot Liner and American Coatings Company, with more than 25 years of experience in the automotive aftermarket. He started in 2000 in the 12-volt industry and moved into spray-on bed liners in 2001. He later became a partner in that business and helped grow it from a bed liner shop into a full-service truck accessory store. His experience covers retail, distribution, and government fleet work, including public safety vehicles. That range gives him a practical understanding of how products move from manufacturer to installer to end user, which he brings to the company’s day-to-day operations.

Scooter DeLaune is an 18-year U.S. Navy veteran with more than 30 years of experience in protective coatings, spray polyurethane foam, and spray elastomer technologies. Since entering the polyurethane industry in 1994, he has held senior leadership roles including Executive Vice President of LINE-X FDC and President of Burtin Polymers/Bullet Liner. His background spans product development, application technology, quality assurance, and large-scale protective coating systems. Scooter has worked on several highly specialized projects, including blast-mitigation work at the Pentagon following the September 11 attacks, blast-mitigation protection for the U.S. Navy Yard perimeter wall, and the Louisiana Superdome retrofit using spray polyurethane foam and spray-applied elastomeric coatings. As President of American Coating Company, he leads the expansion of the company’s product portfolio, the development of new markets, and its product and quality-assurance standards.

Steven is the Marketing Director at American Coating Company and Patriot Aftermarket Partners, based in Pensacola, Florida. He brings 10 years of digital marketing experience to the role and oversees the company’s website, product launches, social media, graphic design, paid advertising, and SEO. He also works directly with dealers, helping them market their businesses and grow in their local areas. Before joining American Coating Company, Steven owned and ran a content creation company focused on photography and videography. That background still shapes how he works. Much of his knowledge of coatings comes from time spent in the spray booth, filming technicians at work and learning from the people who lead and shape the industry.

With over 15 years of expertise in the finance industry, Aimee Ethridge is an experienced accounting manager for the American Coating Co. Aimee obtained her Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from the University of Phoenix. She not only provides a welcoming presence over the phone but also efficiently manages daily operations. Her responsibilities include overseeing financial data, handling accounts payable and receivable, preparing payroll, and so much more. When she’s-not balancing the books, she enjoys spending time with her-husband and three kids, often found at the ball field or-unwinding with a good glass of wine.

Josh has been in the SPF industry for over 15 years. Polyurea development association certified. Extensive knowledge of the coatings industry with a background in sales. Proven time after time to know what it takes to succeed while providing solutions in real time. Josh has customers that rely on him throughout the southern coast for information and support. Being the lead sales force for the American coating company he has exceeded expectations and continues to thrive. His hobbies include fishing, riding bikes, swimming, or anything outdoors!
